Random errors in rel gain average to zero
Sometimes T is leaking into +Q and sometimes into -Q

Even systematic errors in rel gains average down if a given pair observes a given sky pixel at different orientations
For QUaD order of mag reduction in TT->BB versus nominal leakage
(This only works when focal plane is smaller than size of observing region)
