The first time I stepped onto the south pole was amazing. You can walk around the world in only a few seconds. What's also really cool is that during the summer the sun doesn't set but just goes round and round in the sky. I think my favorite thing about the south pole is that every day the south pole looks different - Dark and stormy one day and beautiful moon light the next.
