Even Geniuses Make Mistakes!


When Einstein heard of Hubble's observations of an expanding Universe he immediately accepted it and called Lambda "My biggest blunder".

He could have predicted an expanding Universe from fundamental theory!

Free thinker though he was, he "bent" his beautiful new theory to fit a prevailing prejudice which was not actually supported by any evidence.
