Take SZ interferometric work to a new level:
Purpose built 3.5 m antennas - optimize to cluster (arcminute) angular scales
Increase correlation bandwidth to 8 GHz
Observe 24 hours x 365 days from better site

Achieve sufficient sensitivity to blind survey
1 square degree per month

Make a catalog of clusters whose mass limit is nearly independent of redshift

Also add new 90 GHz receivers for hi-res follow up
